Yes. 1218 Events is an open-vendor venue. Outside food and beverages are permitted. All professional vendors must be licensed and insured and provide documentation prior to the event.

Yes. Alcohol is permitted at private events. Depending on your event, you may be required to obtain the appropriate permits or banquet license through the Virginia ABC Authority.

If alcohol is being served, we strongly recommend using a licensed and insured bartender. Proof of insurance and licensing must be submitted before your event date.

Yes! We offer tables and chairs with select rental packages. Additional upgrades and specialty seating options may also be available.

Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize the space to fit your vision. Decorations must not cause damage to walls, floors, ceilings, or furnishings. Please contact us regarding specific décor requests.

Yes. Bluetooth-compatible sound equipment may be included with select packages. You are also welcome to bring your own DJ or entertainment provider.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
